Exercise and reading data seem to be completely separate, but in reality, both are important parts of our daily life. Fitness Calender aims to integrate these data and provide a comprehensive view of your daily life.
After opening the app, the main interface will display "Today," "This Week," and "Last Four Weeks," covering your key activities in the recent period. By clicking the plus icon in the bottom right corner, you can choose different activity types to record.
In Fitness Calender, various activity types are presented using emoji symbols, making them simple and intuitive. For example, if you went for a run today, you can input the running distance and edit the start and end times of the activity. If needed, you can also evaluate how you felt after the activity and provide a detailed description. For commuting and travel, the app offers a secondary menu to choose the corresponding mode of transportation.
The app comes with default activity types such as exercise, work, gaming, and health. Additionally, you can add personalized activity types in the settings based on your needs, making the records more comprehensive. When adding an activity, you can freely adjust the details, such as whether to include the duration or associate it with a specific location. You can also add location information in the settings to link it with certain activities.
In addition to reviewing and recording activities after completion, you can also use Fitness Calender to track activities in real-time. There is a start button in the top right corner of the main screen that, when clicked, activates real-time tracking, essentially functioning as a timer. This way, both recording methods complement each other to meet the needs of different users.
The purpose of tracking is for review and statistics. Fitness Calender provides detailed statistical data and supports various filtering methods. As more data is accumulated, the statistical results will become more comprehensive and accurate.
